Cinnamon Quills (Sticks)

The world renown "Ceylon Cinnamon" is well known as the king in the spice world. The Cinnamon Sticks, or quills, are obtained from the inner bark the cinnamon plant (Cinamomum Zylanicum) that is native to the Sri Lanka. The Ceylon Cinnamon sticks (quills) are also known as True Cinnamon, Sweet Cinnamon or Sri Lankan Cinnamon,

Ceylon Cinnamon sticks are soft, rolled like a cigar with multiple thin strips of cinnamon bark and the sticks are made from the inner bark of the Cinnamon tree by skilled tradesman via a special hand crafted process. The specialized knowledge for this work is extremely limited even in its native Sri Lanka but the end result is the finest Cinnamon in the World.

Our naturally grown Ceylon Cinnamon sticks (C4 and Alba grade) are cut to five inches in length and packed in a 50g beautifully designed box.
